Dr. Kasinathan is a professional engineer registered in New York, North Carolina, and Florida, with over 38 years of comprehensive environmental engineering experience. His experience includes obtaining hundreds of air, solid waste, and water permits for health care facilities, and universities including several Power Plants. Under his supervision, many hospitals and universities were brought into complete regulatory compliance with reference to the EPA’s Federal Clean Air Act and other stricter Rules. As the Founder and CEO of EESPC, an environmental engineering consulting firm based in New York, Dr. Kasinathan advises all Kasinathan Group activities as Chairman. Dr. Kasinathan holds several degrees and certifications including: PhD., MBA., PE., C.E.M., LEED AP BD+C., DEE., RPIH.

Since graduating from New York University with a degree in Economics, Shriram has managed the investment arms of Kasinathan Group. He has expanded KING Development's Real Estate portfolio outside of New York and has overseen several business sales, acquisitions and venture investments made by S4K Ventures and its affiliated companies.
